What counts as a credit?
One credit = one successful email lookup (a result with an email returned) or one verification. Cached results re-served from your workspace cost zero credits.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset on the first of each month. Pay-as-you-go top-ups never expire. We surface a usage warning when you hit 80% so you can upgrade or top up.
How accurate is the verifier?
Better than 95% on domains with proper SMTP. We probe MX, RCPT TO, catch-all detection and disposable lookups. Catch-all domains are flagged as risky rather than guessed.
Do you have a free trial for paid tiers?
The Free plan is permanent — no trial expiration. Try every feature with 50 credits, upgrade only when you outgrow it.
How does the Chrome extension fit in?
The extension consumes credits from your Netounim account. Same pool — find emails directly from professional profiles, save them straight to your CRM.
